Many of my businesses, ministry opportunities, and books have begun by hearing the Lord speak to me. In John 10:27, Jesus says, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me.” I want to share with you four specific times in my life when I knew deep in my heart that God had spoken to me. #One: Isaiah 6:8 says, “Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, ‘Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?’ Then I said, ‘Here am I. Preachers from various churches were coming together for a night of worship and testimony. They asked me to be a part of the testimony portion of the service, giving me ten minutes to speak.
